Design Center Furniture respects your right to privacy. We are committed to using any information you give us in a responsible manner. This policy summarizes what personally identifiable information we may collect, and how we might use this information. This policy also describes other important topics relating to your privacy. We suggest that you review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time.
When you become a registered user of this site, we may collect preferences and personal information to make your browse experience as a registered user as quick and easy as possible. To help us better understand how visitors use our site, we collect information on the Internet via cookies and clickstream technologycookies and clickstream technology: A cookie is a small data file or piece of information that is sent by a web site or email and stored on your hard drive. Our web server automatically collects clickstream information such as the address of the web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, and other information. We use links located in the Site "Store Locations" to allow you to contact us directly with any questions, comments or requests for inspection that you may have.
The Design Center Furniture web site may contain links to other sites. We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Additionally, some of our web pages may contain "cookies," which are data that may be sent to your web browser and stored on your computer. This allows our server to "recognize" you when you visit our web site to provide you with ease of use and convenience. Efforts to bring new services, ideas and partners to benefit our customers may make it necessary to amend our Privacy Policy. If this occurs, we will post the new policy on our web site. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up, you may re-select for a 25% restocking fee off the sale amount. AFTER 7 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on non-stock special order merchandise! No exceptions! All returns and/or cancellations will be subject to additional delivery/pick-up fees
Appliances have a 7 day return policy. After 7 days, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL".
To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased (New and Unused) complete with accessories and instructions and original packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements may NOT be accepted for return, and/or will be assessed a 25% restocking charge.
Item(s) returned without a receipt within the 7 days may be accepted for an "In-Store-Credit" ONLY. Design Center reserves the right to deny any "NO RECEIPT" returns.

Although we would love to predict the exact date of your furniture delivery, there are many factors that can change the tentatively scheduled date.
We will track your order and let you know of any unforeseen delays or other concerns. When your furniture arrives, our customer service center will notify you by phone. We ask that you are available to accept delivery within 4 days.
Delays are rare, but they do happen. An order is not considered "late" until the manufacturer's delivery projection has exceeded 10 days of the Estimated Arrival Date given at the time of the purchase. In the event of a delay over 30 days, you may opt for a full refund or in-store credit, or you may choose to wait for the furniture to become available.
Prepare For The Delivery Team. Clear room and pathways to allow unobstructed access for the delivery team. Arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (age 18+) to accept and sign for delivery. To avoid a second delivery charge, notify Customer Service 24 hours in advance if someone will not be available at the scheduled delivery time. For the safety of our staff, delivery teams cannot remove their footwear in your home.
All furniture must be picked up from the Design center furniture Pick-Up Center. Be aware that if you are picking up your furniture, it will be packaged and require some assembly. Supplies for transport are not provided. Please check items before leaving the pick-up center. We are not responsible for damage reported after furniture has left the center. You are responsible to return the furniture to the pick-up center for authorized repairs.
